Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Style For Moods and the customer. By placing an order, the customer confirms full acceptance of these terms.

Article 4 – The Offer

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on our website are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Color variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Minor errors or typographical inaccuracies do not legally bind Style For Moods.

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The contract is formalized once:

  1. The customer places an order.

  2. Payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, incorrect information is provided, or if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Article 6 – Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in USD ($). Prices do not include:

  • Customs duties.

  • Import taxes.

  • Handling fees or customs clearance charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier company or the local customs authority.

Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimated and indicative, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance.

  • Carrier delays.

  • Incorrect address data.

  • Events of force majeure.

Article 8 – Returns and Right of Cancellation

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Key points:

  • Returns are not free of charge.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items (hygiene products, lingerie, personalized items) are not eligible for return.

Article 9 – Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection of the returned product. Refunds will not be issued if return conditions are not met or if the item arrives damaged due to misuse.

Article 10 – Exchanges

Only one exchange per order is permitted within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs apply for the exchange, and stock availability is not guaranteed.

Article 11 – Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Any issues must be reported to info@styleformoods.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos/videos and the order number. In these cases, we offer only product replacement.

Article 12 – Warranty and Product Use

Products are provided "as is" and are intended for personal use only. The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, alterations, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

Article 13 – Liability

Style For Moods is not liable for indirect damages, delays beyond our control, or losses caused by incorrect customer information. Our total liability will never exceed the value of the order placed.

We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe customs delays, or massive transport interruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. legislation.
