Return and Refund Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs will apply.

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Eligibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Return shipping rates vary depending on the courier company and the weight of the package.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags must remain attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
-
The same shipping service as the original delivery must be used.

The return must be sent to the address provided upon approval.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hygiene products, including underwear and lingerie.
Return Package Guidelines

Clearly mark the package as "RETURN" on the shipping form.

Declare the full value of the returned items.

To prevent damage during transit, each package may contain:

A maximum of 3 light items, OR
-
2 bulky items (e.g., coats or shoes).

How to Complete Your Return
To complete the process, send an email to info@styleformoods.com with the following information:

Order number.
-
Reason for the return.

Tracking number.
-
Clear photos of the item showing its pristine condition, attached tags, and original packaging.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or that do not follow these steps will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds

Approved: Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Rejected: If the item does not meet our conditions (damage due to misuse, missing tags, hygiene products, or outside the return period), it will be sent back to the original address at no additional cost, but no refund will be issued.
Customs and Duties
Style For Moods is not responsible for any customs fees related to returned items. If a return is delayed, lost, or held by customs, a refund cannot be issued.
Exchanges

One exchange is permitted within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

Fees depend on the courier, weight, and number of packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Email us at info@styleformoods.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos/videos and your order number.

We only offer product replacement; refunds are not provided for damaged or incorrect items.
Undeliverable Packages / Refused Delivery
In the following cases, a fee of €15 EURO per package will be deducted from any potential credit:

Incorrect address provided by the customer.

Package not collected from the delivery point.
-
Delivery refused by the customer.
Estimated Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for actual costs. Typical costs are usually:

€25–€40 EURO per package.
-
Additional customs fees may apply (€15–€25 EURO).
